Design Project Referrals
If your referral becomes a web design client (our design projects almost always include hosting):
- $200 cash, or
- $250 in Privatenode design credit
Hosting-Only Referrals
If your referral signs up only for managed hosting:
- $50 cash, or
- $75 in Privatenode design credit
How It Works
- Make the introduction in any format you prefer—email, text message, or group chat all work.
- After you make a referral, please reach out and let us know. This helps us track the referral and ensures you receive your reward.
- We’ll also ask every new client whether they were referred by someone, so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Rewards are issued once the referral signs a project or hosting agreement and the initial payment has been received.
- Payments are issued within 30 days of receiving the client’s initial payment.
Terms
- Rewards cannot be combined. If a referral becomes a design client, the design reward applies—even if hosting is included.
- All referral rewards are one-time payments.
- Cash payouts are made via Venmo (U.S. clients) or Interac e-Transfer (Canadian clients).
- Design credits never expire and can be used for any design or development work. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or applied to hosting fees.
- Referrals must be new contacts who are not already in conversation with Privatenode.
- Self-referrals are not eligible.
- If multiple people refer the same individual or business, the reward is issued to the first person who made the introduction.
- A referral is valid for 90 days from the initial introduction unless a project discussion is actively in progress.
- Privatenode reserves the right to approve or decline referrals at its discretion.
